Added a new layout called I <3 Stars to createblog.com. (Requested by Ro1815_29.)

I had fun making this, it is very girly girly and is made up of lots of "happy" fonts and colors.
[x] The only thing about it is that when I submitted it I forgot to include the code to make the entire background BLACK so when you input it into the Look & Feel you have to first change where it says "Background Color" to 000000 (which is black,) and then paste the code into the custom header area. Then everything should look fine, otherwise there is a big white space with black on the top and bottom. UGH!!
